Incredible Edibles Todmorden

Incredible Edibles Todmorden aims to increase the amount of local food grown and eaten in the town. Businesses, schools, farmers and the community are all involved. Vegetables and fruit are springing up everywhere. Public flower beds being transformed into community herb gardens and vegetable patches.

Our aim is for the town to be self sufficient in vegetables by 2018.

Local farm produce can now be found in shops cafes and market stalls, see Blogs for list of local suppliers and the IET loyalty card is helping us fund our community orchards.

Todmorden is preparing for climate change and marshaling our many human resources to fit us for a future where we need to be more self sufficient in food.
