Calder Food Hub, Treesponsibility and Steepfields Alotments & Leasure
Gardens are combining resources and growing talent to create the FOOD ZONE
at the Hebden Bridge Transition Town Launch 29th and 30th May.
The zone will be a living example of what the future of food production in Hebden
Bridge could look like, and will include children's growing and craft
activities, planter making, practical food workshops, wild food walks,
food related talks, workshops and discussions, a mouthwatering local food
cafe, displays, music from a pedal powered sound system and a spot of
guerilla gardening.
